the goal:
build a community of maintenance and reliability experts within the US through a podcast, blog, and social media content to act as a form of earned media for TRACTIAN.

TRACTIAN wanted to build a community that was bigger than their customers, functioning as a space for industry professionals to seek relevant content and exchange ideas, thus The Maintainers was born.

Functioning adjacent to TRACTIAN’s own social media/content, The Maintainers comprised of a weekly blog that focused on technical aspects of maintenance and reliability, a bi-weekly podcast that featured guests that are industry leaders and best-in-class, and social media content that highlighted various tips, tools, and insights.

the results:
In the last 5 months, The Maintainers’ blog has had over 1.6k unique users, gained over 3000 additional followers on LinkedIn (500+ on Instagram), and averaged over 3k views for podcast episodes.

For this project, I held total ownership of both the blog and social media, from concept to production and execution (and occasionally creating graphics myself), focusing on SEO best practices, sourcing relevant content, and social media growth and improved engagement. I also produced materials such as eBooks and guides in collaboration with the TRACTIAN design team.
